| Kim has over 26 years experience designing hair. She loves to create exclusive color formulas for her clients and stays on top of advanced color techniques and trendy haircuts through regular training with the best companies in the industry. Kim is still excited by the fun of her craft and enjoys getting to know all her clients. |
A graduate of Houles/Continental Beauty Academy, Heidi has been a master stylist for over 27 years in the Concord area. Heidi loves hairstyling. Even though she enjoys all aspects of her profession, she has a very creative way of customizing haircuts so everyone has their own signature look. She also has a passion for special occasion hair; weddings, proms, etc. Heidi continues her education to keep her clients up to date with the latest styles and trends. |
Franklyn was initially trained in Boston under the supervision if John Dellaria at John Dellaria Salons. He continued his education at Vidal Sasson Academy in Santa Monica, CA. He has worked as an educator and an art director to Regis and studied at Paul Mitchell. Franklyn has been working at his craft for 27 years and specializes in precision cutting, foil highlights and coloring. |

| Cassie graduated from Michael’s School of Hair Design and Esthetics in 2005 and has been at Olivia’s ever since. She strives for perfection in every aspect of her work to ensure that every clients visit to Olivia’s is relaxing and memorable. |
Renee attended Michael’s School of Hair Design and Esthetics and received her Esthetics License in 2000. Next, she worked as a nail apprentice and received her Nail License in 2001. Renee enjoys doing facials and acrylic nails the most. |
Kim is licensed since 2004 and specializes in anti-aging facials, sensitive skin facials, back facials and body treatments. She is also an expert at waxing, pedicures, and bridal or prom makeup application. She is an expert in Bare Mineral makeup application, which we carry. |

Eron has been in the hair industry for 19 years. She has extensive experience with Paul Mitchell color. Her specialties are in color, cutting, razor and dry cutting. Eron’s main goal with a customer is to achieve the style and color they are looking for, so they leave the salon loving their hair. |
